Anıl is an ICF PCC Certified Coach with 25+ years experience helping individuals and organizations navigate change. Anıl has worked with a wide variety of leaders from start-ups, mid-to-small size businesses and major global brands.
He is one of the co-founders of Paramita Partners where he serves his clients with his two other partners.
Notable firms include: Google, American Express, AT&T, AbInbev, Blackrock, Cisco, Merck, Philips, Kyndrl and many more.
Anıl has actively been using coaching skills across his coaching career where he has completed over 1900+ hours of coaching.
My specialties include Self Awareness & EQ, Leadership development, effective communication, conflict resolution, and Stress & Burnout.
Anıl is comfortable navigating both technical and nontechnical environments and enjoy coaching emerging leaders and executives alike.
Prior to becoming a coach, Anıl has spent the majority of his 25-year career as both a Risk Executive, and a Consultant. Anil is experienced in in internal audit, and risk management (ERM).
Anıl has served as the President for a non-profit Risk Management Association in 2023. Anıl has also served as an independent board member in a solar panel production company.
